GEODELTA OE specializes in Renewable Energy Sources, providing integrated road design and siting studies for wind farms, photovoltaic stations, and energy storage stations, as well as studies for all types of technical projects and the creation of digital base maps for engineering studies.
With modern equipment, specialized software, and many years of experience, we ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high quality in every study, from siting to construction support.
GEODELTA was founded in 2000 under the name TOPODAST OE by Giannis Daskalos, a graduate Civil Engineer specializing in Transportation and Hydraulic Engineering, and Konstantinos Astaras, a graduate Surveying Engineer. From the very beginning, the company was staffed by a dynamic team of engineering associates with experience across the full spectrum of civil engineering studies. The team has completed more than one thousand topographic studies, including land and building complex surveys, cadastral projects, topographic diagrams for permits, expert reports, and property transfers.
In 2005, the company strategically and dynamically redefined its scope of services, focusing on Renewable Energy Sources (RES), and more specifically on Wind Farm Siting, Access Road and Internal Road Design Studies, Environmental Impact Studies (EIS), as well as Construction Support for Wind Farm Projects.
The team was further strengthened with the addition of Georgios Daskalos, a graduate Civil Engineer specializing in Transportation and Hydraulic Engineering, who brings extensive experience in the construction of major public road and hydraulic/land improvement projects. His contribution gave new momentum to the field of detailed design studies and technical construction support, leading to the establishment of GEODELTA OE, based in Agia Paraskevi.
The company’s executives have over 40 years of experience in the construction of transportation projects abroad, including Libya and Saudi Arabia, as well as hydraulic and energy projects in Greece.
The great journey continues, and the accumulated experience now meets the new generation taking the lead.

Joining the company with enthusiasm, passion, and expertise are Mara Daskalou, a graduate of the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holder of an MSc in Hydrogeology from Utrecht University, and Alexandros Daskalos, a graduate Environmental Engineer from the Technical University of Crete. Their contribution places strong emphasis, among other areas, on the use of GIS, drones, LiDAR, and photogrammetry methods.
For matters related to forestry legislation, forest road and forest project studies, we have as a valuable partner the highly qualified and experienced Forester–Environmental Scientist, graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Spyridon Perdios.
A consultant and associate in road design and topographic studies, with extensive experience in the field, is Konstantinos Stylianopoulos, Rural and Surveying Engineer, NTUA.
The permanent core team is supported by Antonia Papaioannou, Architect Engineer, NTUA, who coordinates digital processing in CAD software, quantity survey applications, as well as the complete and aesthetically refined structure of the study deliverables.
